Purchased a car March 14, 2026, had to return car on March 30, 2026, finance backed out of deal. Put $4,000 cash Down and was told the check would be expedited and sent the next day. April 7, 2026!! The sales experience was fantastic. We worked with Yanna and she is outstanding in knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness. I also had the opportunity to visit the service department and they are great. The issue I have is the dealership has not yet filed all the paperwork needed to get tags for my new car. My second and last temporary tag expires in 6 business days. The manager will not return my phone calls to assist in this issue. Because of this problem and lack of managerial concern I will never buy another car from ALM

My car was towed in off interstate 16 last Sunday. I was on vacation with my family at jekyll Island. I called Monday morning and left messages, but no one returned the call. It was Wednesday before Rebecca returned a call and she said my car was next in line to be diagnosed. On Friday, it still had yet to be looked at. Went to dealership to purchase aq new SantAFe. They said the didn't have. What I was looking for but could one within 1 day. They also said it was a 2024 model. I researched and there are no 2024 Santa Fes available Anywhere. They gave an unexceptable trade offer and we left. Tried calling dealership over 6 times. All phones go to voice mail. They obviously don't want my business so we went elsewhere and found what we wanted
My last review was July 12. My car went in July 5 and I still don’t have my car back and it’s August 2. My daughter and I have left several messages in the last few days without a return call or service doesn’t answer at all. What happened to my car?
Took the car in last Wednesday,July 5. The part that was needed was covered under the warranty but they tried to up sell my daughter $800 of extra work which her father, who work in this industry, told her to deny. Took my 2018 Sonata with less than 35000 miles to this dealership for what should have been a covered repair under my bumper to bumper coverage. The first time without inspection was told repair was not covered. After contacting Hyundai corporate I returned for what was a covered repair. This time the dealership claims it is not covered because the damage was caused by running over some animal and there was fur and blood around the damaged part. They have been under re-construction for at least six months. The service department can be difficult to deal with and are not appologic when it comes to how to even get into the bays. Worst experienece ever buying a car. Bought a 2016 Hyundai Tucson feom Jeremy Koone and within bot even a year, the car’s engine is completely gone. We were told it may be covered, but now we are out of pocket thousands of dollars with no car. The service time was quicker than I expected. The Service Manager is friendly, courteous and greets you with a a smile. He has a great personality.

Service Department is great. Alvin is there to make sure you are happy with your service. You are greeted when you arrive. They are ready to get started on your car. I was there for a recall. The part they had in stock was damaged and Alvin came out immediately to show us. We will have to go back when the new part arrives.
My Saleman Toby Bircheat did an excellent job with his part. The issue I see is with your process being a bit drawn out from the time that the buyer decides to by to your financial guy picking up the ball 2.5hours is not something anyone wants, fix your touch time issue and you team will sell even more. Love the car so far.

Though the salesman was real good, the General Manager and finance department were horrible. The manager was condescending and waited to pay off our trade. When I ask he stated he need an additional 200 dollars and the finance person needed training. They failed to file paperwork to get tags. They didn’t call or email just sent a 20 dollar check, 9 days after the temporary tag expired. I would not recommend this dealership.
