I had a 2024 Hyundai Palisades calligraphy with only 22,000. It was replaced with a 2026 Hyundai Palisades calligraphy after my 24 Palisades calligraphy was wrecked in their shop in the beginning of the year. Good Customer Service
This is probably my second post for these folks. I went in to get a couple of parts ordered and the service department and the parts department were phenomenal. I made sure I spoke to the sales manager and let her know that whatever they’re doing it’s phenomenal. It’s such a great company to do business with could not ask for better folks. Great service you know reasonable about business just love them.
I had a wonderful experience with Gracie as my salesperson at ALM Hyundai. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a vehicle. Service personnel are nice but here’s the thing, they need to hire new mechanics. This is my second oil change on a new car where I’ve had to top off my own fluids….. Not to mention they don’t bother to reset something as simple as the service reminder. Other services were recommended but there’s no way they think I trust them with a major service when the mechanic won’t do the simple things right. We had taken our 2019 Kia Sorento to a Kia dealership in another town 3 times to fix the same issue; broken bearing strut and insulator. We purchased a 2025 Palisade Calligraphy from Five Star Hyundai of Warner Robins. Our salesman, JP, was courteous, professional, respectful and helpful throughout the entire process.
